During the time we worked together in the same management team in Ikano retail Asia, What Magnus impressed me the most is his ability to cut through the complexities and focus on the most important issues. He kept his focus and drove consistent changes throughout the organisation. One of his achievements during this period – ‘equal pay for equal work’ which gave our part-time co-workers the same hourly rates as our full-time co-workers – was something that we in the management team were all very proud of. To create ‘a great place to work’ was his passion and ambition that inspired us all. On a personal note, I always appreciated Magnus’ direct feedback and input that had helped us work better together as a team.
